Jamdani is a kind of fabric that is woven. The floral work that is seen is created by threads (threads) that are woven into the fabric. The original jamdani is woven using a hand loom, which makes the procedure longer; hence the higher cost. Nowadays they are also woven in Power Loom which cuts down on time but is just as complex to weave.
