Can a Customer Refuse to Pay for or Receive a COD Order?

A payment must be made in order for the order to be returned to us quickly for processing and resolution.

To proceed with a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Pay for the COD order to facilitate its return.
  2. Contact our Support Team by email or phone (+91 82968 42687) to inform us of the reason for the return.

Acceptable reasons for returning a COD order:

  • Incorrect products received
  • Damaged products

We can only consider returns for these reasons.

Unacceptable reasons for refusing or returning a COD order:

  • False claims of incorrect products delivered
  • Change of mind

Refusing payment or returning an order for these reasons is a violation of our COD service terms. If this occurs, your account may be reviewed and potentially restricted from placing future COD orders. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who violates the terms of use for our services.
