Can I use my email to register? How to do it?
Yes, you can.
Go to the Register/Login page.
Enter your First Name.
Select your Country code by typing the country name.
Provide your correct mobile number and email (both mandatory).
Click “SIGN UP with PASSWORD.”
You’ll receive an email with a password to complete the registration process.
Can I use my mobile number to register? How to do it?
Yes, you can.
- Go to the Register/Login page.
- Enter your First Name.
- Select your Country code by typing the country name (type alphabets, not numbers).
- Provide your correct mobile number and email (both mandatory).
- Click “SIGN UP with OTP.”
- You’ll receive an SMS with an OTP to complete the registration process.

You can register an account with us using either your email or mobile number.
How do I login to my account?
Once registered, you can log in using your mobile number or email.
I’m trying to register/login using email. But no emails found in my inbox?
Give it a minute or two; you should receive it shortly.
If not, try refreshing your browser or use an incognito window.

You should receive an OTP within 1-2 minutes.
If not, check if your mobile number or country code is correct.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use the “Forgot your password” link on the login page to get a new password sent to your registered email.

What should I do if my order status is "Pending" or "On-Hold"?
Don’t panic!
Your order may be on hold due to specific circumstances. If the payment was debited, we’ll confirm the order soon and send a confirmation email and SMS.

When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 working days.
Each Product page will mention if the product is READY TO SHIP or MADE to ORDER. In accordance to this, your delivery timeline will vary, however the product page will mention the dispatch timeline.
Orders with customizations may take 1-2 weeks longer.
When will I receive my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email and SMS. You can also check the “My Account” section on our website for tracking updates.
Can I return the product if I don’t like it?
We accept returns only for damaged products, reported within 24 hours of receipt. We do not accept returns for change of mind. For more information, refer to our Refunds & Return Policy here.
How can I change the address for my order?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Address Change for Order #” within 24 hours of placing the order.
If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change the address.
My payment was debited, but my order failed. What should I do?
Don’t worry. The amount will be automatically reversed within 48 hours. You can try placing a new order after that.
I’m getting an error message while placing my order. What should I do?
The error could be due to issues like a blocked card or insufficient balance. Please contact your bank to resolve it.
Can I get a refund for a cancelled order?
Refunds for cancelled orders are initiated within 48 hours and will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
I cancelled my order by mistake. Can I retrieve it?
Email us at [email protected] with the subject “Cancellation by mistake for Order #” within 24 hours, and we’ll assist you.
What are Pre-Order (To-Make) products?
These products are made-to-order and are available for purchase when they’re unavailable at that moment. They’re crafted by our artisans once your approval is received.
How long does it take to receive a pre-order?
Pre-orders can take up to 30 days or more, depending on the product.
Can I cancel my Pre-Order?
Pre-orders are made based on your approval, and cancelling them would defeat the purpose. If the product is already being made, cancellation is not possible.
Can I return a product if I don’t like it?
You can exchange the product within 2 working days. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges. Please raise a Return and Exchange request at the bottom of the website.
I would like to get a refund for my cancelled order.
Refunds are processed within 48 hours and will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
When will the refund be processed and received in my bank account?
Refunds are initiated within 48 hours of cancellation and will appear in your account within 7 business days.
Can I get a coupon code instead of a refund for a cancelled order?
Yes, you can opt for a coupon code by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject “Need coupon code for cancelled Order #” within 24 hours of cancellation.
How to return a product and get it exchanged?
Please raise a Return and Exchange request. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours.

Can I use an international debit/credit card while in India?
No, international cards are not accepted in India due to payment gateway security restrictions. Please use an Indian debit/credit card for transactions.
Why is my payment not going through with an international credit card?
International banks often have restrictions on overseas transactions. Ensure there are no limits set on your card, or contact your bank to lift the restrictions.
I’m using an international card in India but can’t pay. Why?
International cards may have restrictions when used abroad. Ensure you’ve contacted your bank to allow international transactions or use an Indian card.
Can I order via WhatsApp or Instagram?
No, orders are accepted only through our website or physical store in Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru.
Where can I get my order invoice?
The invoice is emailed to you with your order confirmation, or you can find it in the “My Account” section.

Can I use my international debit/credit card?
Yes, our payment gateway accepts international cards, including AMEX, Discover, etc.
I’m getting an error message while placing an order. What should I do?
This could be due to card block/decline or incorrect card details. Please contact your bank to resolve the issue.
What should I do if the payment gateway/server is down?
Please try again later as this could be a server maintenance issue.
My order is still "In-Transit" but hasn’t been delivered yet. What should I do?
Please be patient. Delivery times may take longer than usual due to courier delays.
How long does delivery take after dispatch?
For domestic orders in India: 3-7 days.
For international orders: 7-10 days.
We use FEDEX and DHL for international shipping.
Are there any terms and conditions for COD purchases?
COD is available for orders up to Rs. 10,000. Payment must be made in cash upon delivery, and foreign currency is not accepted.
How do I place a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order?
Add items to your cart, choose “Cash-on-Delivery” at checkout, and you’ll receive a confirmation message via SMS and email.
Can I pay by cheque or demand draft upon delivery?
No, only cash or UPI payments are accepted for COD orders.

Can I check the package before paying for a COD order?
You must make payment before receiving the package. If the package appears tampered, do not accept it.
Why can’t I place a COD order anymore?
You can have a maximum of 2 COD orders at any given time.
Why was my COD order cancelled?
Your COD order may be cancelled if we do not receive confirmation from you within 48 hours of placing the order.
