RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 

At Mirra Clothing, we do not offer refunds, but we do accept exchanges for products under certain conditions.

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, we will provide store credit or a coupon. To initiate the process, please send clear photos and a video of the damage to [email protected]. Our team will conduct a quality check before proceeding with the exchange.
  • Unsatisfactory Products: If you’re not satisfied with your order, please submit a return and exchange request within two days of delivery. Our team will conduct a thorough review, and we may process the exchange through store credit or a coupon.
  • Product Condition: To qualify for an exchange, products must be unused, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging (folded as received).

Return Approval & Wallet Credit

  • Once your return request is approved, we will issue wallet credit (refer to our Wallet Terms & Conditions).
  • Wallet credit for saree exchanges is valid only fora year from the date of issuance.
  • The wallet credit will be issued after deducting the forward shipping charges and any COD fees (if applicable). Please note, shipping charges will be deducted even if you initially received free shipping.
  • Store credits can be used against cod orders

Non-Eligible Products for Returns & Exchanges

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sarees with falls or pico added
  • Sarees that have been customised to ready-to-wear/pre-drape style
  • Sarees with blouses pre-stitched by Mirra Clothing based on customer specifications
  • Lehengas
  • Ready-made Blouses

Note: You cannot re-exchange a product that has already been exchanged. Minor defects like one or two threads being pulled out or merged together are not considered damaged. These are common occurrences during manufacturing, but if you prefer, you may still exchange the product.

Shipping Charges for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • If reverse pick-up is available in your area, we will deduct a minimum fee of INR 200 from your store credit.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order by sending an email to [email protected] or calling 8296842687.
  • We strictly adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • The customer agrees to accept Mirra Clothing’s decision regarding the cancellation, and no disputes will be raised regarding our decision.
